Shipping, Refund & Returns Policy – Custom Printed Products
We take pride in delivering high-quality PVC cards and fully customized printed products. Since our items are made to order, most purchases are non-returnable except in cases of defects or errors on our part.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns or offer replacements if:
The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
There is a printing error that differs from the approved proof/design provided by the customer.
To request a return:
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
You must provide clear photos or a video showing the defect/damage.
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Customized or personalized items with correct printing as per the approved proof/design.
Errors in the design, spelling, content, or details provided and approved by the customer.
Gift cards or promotional items.
3. No Responsibility for Customer Errors
We carefully follow the design and specifications approved by the customer before printing.
Once a proof/design is approved, we are not responsible for any spelling mistakes, incorrect images, or inaccurate details provided by the customer.
Reprints for such errors will be treated as a new order and charged accordingly.
4. Refund & Replacement Process
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, We will deliver the replacement product within 7 days
Refunds will be processed and credited into your original payment methods within 5-7 days
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
Check your bank account.
Contact your card provider (processing times may vary).
Contact your bank.
If still not received, email us at contact@cscray.com.
6. Sale & Discounted Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable unless defective.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Orders will be delivered within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times vary by location and courier service.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout; we are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
